If you need to add your email account in Outlook, Refer the below mentioned steps with images.
1. Open Outlook File
2. Go to File -> Click Account
3. Enter your Email id and Click Advanced Settings Option -> Click Checkbox(Let me setup my account manually).
Choose your option based on requirements (POP or IMAP)
POP:
IMAP:
4. Incoming Mail Server Settings:
Username: Your Email Id
Password: Your Email Password
Server: mail.company.com
Port Number: 995 for POP or 993 for IMAP - Select SSL
5. Outgoing Mail Server Settings:
Server: mail.company.com
Port Number: 465 - Select SSL
And Enable My outgoing server requires authentication option and select use same settings as my Incoming server.
6. Click Next.

IMAP:
- Mails stored on the server.
- Internet connection needed to access mail.
- Mail is automatically backed up if server is managed properly.

Username: Your Email Id
Password: Your Email Password
Server: mail.company.com
Port Number: 995 for POP or 993 for IMAP - Select SSL
5. Outgoing Mail Server Settings:
Server: mail.company.com
Port Number: 465 - Select SSL

6. Click Next.
